Prosperity Meditation
For August 26, 2008

Today, August 26, 2008 is the last sequence day of 08/08/08 (26 is added together for "8"). The energies are very powerful today for manifesting prosperity. The following is a way to meditate for prosperity today, which could mean money, a new job or career, or anything you desire. This can be done on any day but today is a perfect day to start. Choose any time that is convenient for you or you can choose 8:00 am or 8:00 pm, your local time.

Prepare

Go to a quiet place where you won't be interrupted.

Bring a pen and a writing pad.

Get out your white candles and light them. If you have green candles light them also. The green candles represent prosperity and the white candles, purity.

If you want to, smudge yourself and the room with sage to clear the energies.

Put on some soothing music, if desired.

Write Down Your Desires

In a comfortable, sitting position, write the date at the top of the page of your pad, then write down exactly what you want in relation to prosperity. If it's money, write the exact figure amount you desire--don't hold back. If it's a job or career, describe it and write down exactly how much you want to earn. It's important to be specific. You can write down as many things as you desire.

When you are satisfied, put the pen and pad away and get back into your comfortable, sitting position.

Meditate

Visualize yourself receiving everything you wrote down as vividly as you can. As you visualize, conjure up the feelings of joy and excitement as you receive what you want. Mentally ask for prosperity for yourself and for everyone on the planet holding the intention of prosperity.

Now, focus only on your natural breathing as it goes in and out. If you get distracted by a thought or noise, just bring your attention back to your breath. Do this for about 5 minutes, longer if you desire.

Meditation puts you in a state of "allowing"--the exact state you must be in, in order to let prosperity or anything else you want into your life. During the next few days, pay attention. You'll soon notice synchronicities related to your desires as well as opportunities opening up for you. Listen to your inner guidance as it leads the way.
