How Gratitude Can Transform Your Life
Gratitude is a topic I enjoy doing and writing about, not just at Thanksgiving but every single day. I thank everything I have in my life each day, from my heart. When we are truly grateful, even for the smallest things, we invite more abundance and prosperity into our lives. It's literally opens the doors to allow more in.
So starting tonight and each night before going to bed, I suggest getting a notebook and writing out a list of everything good that happened in your life today. This will be like a mini life review for the day, except only of the good things to be grateful for.
For example, today I am grateful I was able to bring a smile to a friend's face who was feeling low and depressed. I am grateful to find a fresh supply of jicama (a yummy exotic vegetable) today that I really wanted for a recipe. I am grateful to be able to assist families in need today through the food drive in my neighborhood. I will write these things down in my journal and anything else I can think of that happened today that I feel blessed about.
By doing this exercise each evening, even if it seems like a small event, we place our energy and attention on all the wonderful, good blessings we have in our lives each day, rather than on the negative. Because of the universal Law of Attraction (which basically means, we attract what we put our attention on), this attracts even more abundance and blessings into our lives. I guarantee your life will be transformed in a very positive way and become more joyful! Try it for yourself starting today and have a wonderful, Happy Thanksgiving!
Many Blessings,
Chyrene

I've enjoyed reading through your blog. It's refreshing to find someone that focuses on the positive nature of things. I was also pleased to see the names Catherine Ponder & Louise Hay -- I wish more people were familiar with their work.
Keep up the good work.

Thank you so much Raine for your compliment and comment! I too would like to see more people familiar with Catherine Ponder and Louise Hay (others too).
Thank you Tim. That site looks like a pretty interesting concept!
I'll be checking both of your sites shortly! :)
