Chyrene, named by her father Ed Pendleton (journalist, radio & television news personality), was born in Maine and spent her early years and education in Japan where she learned the art of meditation, studied the Bible and expressed herself through art. By the age of 10 she became very knowledgable in spirituality & metaphysics and began teaching. She has volunteered throughout her life for several humanitarian & spiritual organizations and is currently the national coordinator for the global, Planetary Activation Organization. Chyrene holds a college degree in Computer Science. She also graduated from the School of Metaphysics in Colorado. She teaches workshops on many topics, including prosperity, lectures and publishes articles in both mainstream and newage publications.  Chyrene Pendleton is the owner of The Isle Of Light and editor of a free, online spiritual and metaphysical newsletter also called The Isle Of Light. Happy Mayan/Galactic New Year!

At dawn today, "the star Sirius was seen above the Pyramid of the Serpent in Chichen Itza, acting as the divine welcomer of Lord Sun. This act symbolizes the birth of our galactic culture in the lost lands of Lemuria and the start given by many celestial Beings to the destroyed cultures of Earth after Atlantis' destruction. July 26th also represents Sirius' encounter with the rising Sun over Mount Haleakala ('the House of the Sun') on Maui..."

According to the Mayans, July 26, 2007 marks the beginning of the new year. We are now entering the year of 3 Manik. "3" represents "Activation" and Manik (pronounced "mahn-eek") represents "Divine Service". This is the year to activate your Divine Service which can be started today.

The beautiful, new Galactic Calendar of the year 3 Manik (July 26, 2007 - July 25, 2008) is based on the Mayan calendar which I enjoy using each morning during my meditation. This is a very spiritual calendar and the Mayans understood and were masters at conscious creating or using the Law of Attraction. The Galactic Calendar assists one to actually tune in to the natural cycles, making it easier to manifest all intentions and desires. Using it daily assists all to move into the higher frequencies of the fourth dimension and into our new reality.
