Chyrene, named by her father Ed Pendleton (journalist, radio & television news personality), was born in Maine and spent her early years and education in Japan where she learned the art of meditation, studied the Bible and expressed herself through art. By the age of 10 she became very knowledgable in spirituality & metaphysics and began teaching. She has volunteered throughout her life for several humanitarian & spiritual organizations and is currently the national coordinator for the global, Planetary Activation Organization. Chyrene holds a college degree in Computer Science. She also graduated from the School of Metaphysics in Colorado. A Brief Comment on Eckart Tolle's Powerful Chapter: "Role-Playing, The Many Faces of the Ego"

Once again, I enjoyed everything Eckart Tolle said in class today, including hypothetical example,

"His need to win drains him of power."

Oprah asked him to repeat it.

"His need to win drains him of power."

Eckart went on to say when "his" attention is not in the Now--you cannot flow information into what you are doing. Oprah and Eckart added how athletes call it "The Zone", or being 100% present.

Eckart Tolle is a spiritual teacher and the best-selling author of several books including, The Power of Now and A New Earth: Awakening to Your Life's Purpose. Eckard and Oprah are teaching a series of free, on-line classes each Monday evening at 9:00 PM EST. We just finished chapter four called, "Role-Playing, The Many Faces of the Ego'" in A New Earth.
