Now more than ever before is the time to keep your connection strong with your loved ones, if not in person, in spirit. One way to do so is to find things to appreciate about each of your loved ones (or anyone) whenever you think of them. Write them down if necessary. Find something positive about that person and focus on that when they come to mind, rather than how they may currently be expressing themselves. The results may surprise you. Appreciation is a powerful expression of the love energy.
A dear relative made her transition just a few days ago and I will continue to remember and appreciate her beauty, loving personality, joyful spirit and much more.
